$25 for the first notarization (per notarial act)
$10 for each additional notarization
$10 per on-demand witness
$5 for each additional signer

Mobile Notary Services
Mobile notary services are reserved for documents that typically require multiple notarizations, including real estate and loan packages, estate planning documents, business and corporate paperwork, and legal or family documents.
For single-page or simple documents, I generally recommend completing the notarization remotely online, which is often the fastest and most efficient option.
Pricing for mobile notary services depends on the type of document, number of notarizations required, and any applicable service considerations. All fees are disclosed in advance.
Loan Signings
Loan signing fees are based on document size, signing complexity, delivery requirements, and turnaround time, and are typically arranged with lenders or title companies in advance
Same-day and after-hours appointments may incur additional convenience fees depending on timing and availability. All fees are confirmed prior to scheduling.
